These terms cover playing Ossaria and buying premium on ossaria.online.

Your account

You need an ossaria.online account to play. Keep your password to yourself: you are responsible for what happens on your account. One person may have several characters on one account; accounts are not to be sold or shared.

Playing fair

No cheating, bots, exploiting bugs, harassing other players or using names or vendor texts that are offensive. We may warn, suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and keep what it bought.

Premium

Premium is a number of days on your account, bought once: it never renews by itself and nothing is charged again. It gives the benefits listed on the Premium page, which may change as the game grows. Premium has no cash value, can't be exchanged or moved to another account, and isn't in-game money.

Payment

Payment is taken on Stripe's own page. Purchases are sold through Link, Stripe's merchant of record, which adds any sales tax and sends the receipt. Your card details never reach ossaria.online. There is a limit on what an account may spend over any 30 days.

Codes

Codes are given out by us (for example as a free trial or through a streamer) and can't be bought. Each works once per account and may expire or run out.

The game changes

Ossaria is in development. The world, items and characters may change, and the game may be offline at times. We may end the game; if we do, we will say so on the website first.

Liability

The game is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost progress, items or play time.
