Houses

Every town has houses. A free house is won at auction here: a premium player bids a limit, the most they will pay from a character's bank in the game, and the first bid starts the auction. When it ends the highest limit wins, paying only enough to beat the next one, plus the first day's rent. The rent is then taken from the owner's bank each day. One house per account.
